Records Compliance Platform for Users
RCM 400 may be presented on-site or via a web conference for users of the Records Compliance Management platform. The topics can be customized to suit the needs of internal corporate trainers. Compliance capture and operational stubbing of e-mail requires no formal end user training. The intent of these sessions is primarily to "train-the-trainers." If corporate trainers are unavailable, an AXS-One project manager can schedule systematic corporate delivery and global instructional roll-out. E-mail help desk personnel are encouraged to attend basic sessions lasting approximately 50 minutes. In collaboration with the client, a PowerPoint slide presentation will be developed to communicate to the wider corporate user community expectations when their e-mail is stubbed. Extended sessions with questions and answers can take 2 hours for those interested in advanced topics. General topics include: basic search, message review, my mailbox, advanced search, message retrieval from shortcuts/stubs and retention management.
Advanced topics include legal case management and discovery sessions that can run from 2-3 hours depending upon the needs of the trainees. These sessions are designed to demonstrate search strategies, and template based query across the entire archive. RCM 400 course sessions are scheduled immediately following professional services deployment of the RCM platform or, if feasible, concurrent with production deployment. Customers are encouraged to record training sessions for later use. Following the initial training roll-out, additional courses are available on demand

Standard administration training courses are also available for technical staff unfamiliar with the initial deployment and those later charged with monitoring and maintaining the system (RCM 401) . The RCM 40 2 course is a 3 day intensive hands-on course that provides in-depth coverage of day-to-day tasks involved in basic RCM implementations. Topics include scheduling, adding and configuring users to point toward particular data, understanding database mapping, data classification and tailoring issues related to reporting and categorization. Upon completion of this course, an administrator will be proficient in configuring AXS-One components within their own messaging and archive environments, managing user and group hierarchies and ensuring users can access data within the system in accordance with security policies.
