AXS-One South Africa specialises in developing information technology solutions for the African market with one of the major focuses of the organisation being the provision of cost effective Financial Management software solutions and the marketing and support of the AXS-One suite of software based on the AXS-One Compliance Platform™.

All projects are undertaken and completed utilizing the AXS-One Methodology. The AXS-One methodology is comprised of Project Assurance, Change Management, Technical Design, Functional Design, Business Modeling, System Building , System Tailoring, and System Certification. This methodology ensures a successful implementation from initial installation through go-live, on-budget and on-time. The project team is assembled by AXS-One to include the personnel and resources sufficient to complete the project based upon the level of assistance required by the client. The AXS-One team is comprised of product experts for the applications purchased, as well as technical, client support, research and development, and management personnel.

Based on the above methodology AXS-One have opted for an operational model for the African market that would see the products of AXS-One being exclusively marketed, implemented and supported via a number of Black Empowerment partners.

• African Legend Technologies (Pty) Ltd (ALT), a wholly South African-owned Company, which was incorporated in 1999 to actively participate in the South African economy through the provision of innovative and value-added Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions and related services to both the public and private sector.
  
• AXS-One African Solutions (AXS-One) is a Joint Venture Company formed between African Legend Technologies (51% shareholding) and AXS-One (Pty) Ltd (49% shareholding).
  
• Vula Technologies, a subsidiary of Vula Investment Holdings, headed by Mark Headbush, a director of Vula Investment Holdings. Vula Investment Holdings is a wholly African owned and operated empowerment initiative that is focused on the facilitation of investment partnership.
  
• Thari Consulting, an accounting and financial consulting company headed by Faizel Ismail.
