With AXS-Link for Desktop, users can easily participate in the corporate records management process by archiving any type of file or document on their computer, such as Microsoft Word documents or Excel spreadsheets, according to defined corporate records policies. Users simply drag and drop their file(s) or document(s) onto the AXS-Link for Desktop icon, categorize and add search information, and they are automatically added to the archive. Once in the archive, these documents are readily available for legal search in context to other records like e-mail and instant messages and can also be placed on legal hold if required.
