AXS-Link for SAP™ is an integral part of the AXS-One Compliance Platform™.   A single, scalable archive enables SAP documents and data managed by AXS-Link for SAP to be stored with non-SAP documents and content (e-mail, instant messages, output from legacy systems, etc.). They can then be managed to meet stringent compliance requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley, Basel II and SEC 17a-4 or for corporate governance best practices. Comprehensive cross-application records retention management, supervisory management, surveillance and search can be applied to all documents and data (SAP and non-SAP) and managed via a robust archive repository.

  AXS-One Web-based Portal
  SAP users can run reports (printlists), publish the reports to the highly scalable AXS-One platform and easily share the information with authorized people who do not use SAP applications.

• Support Tax Authority Compliance Requirements
  External tax authorities often require SAP users to create data extracts for their evaluation (i.e.- IRS Revenue Procedure 98-25). The SAP Data Retention Tool, DART, allows these extracts to be created. However, their size and number can create significant management overhead. AXS-Link for SAP works transparently with DART to store DART extracts as ASCII flat files, significantly reducing the overhead on disk space as well as providing easy access. This reduces the time required to find, retrieve and ultimately destroy the files.
