AXS-One Compliance Platform™ delivered in XLENT's hosted service chosen to address critical e-mail archiving requirements

Watford, 15 August 2006: AXS-One Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of high-performance records compliance management software solutions, today announced that a major Government Department in Scandinavia has selected the AXS-One Compliance Platform to deliver critical e-mail archiving requirements. The contract was awarded to XLENT Technology, AXS-One's Scandinavian reseller partner, in May 2006.

AXS-One formally announced its partnership with XLENT Technology on August 8, 2006 . Under the terms of the agreement, XLENT is providing the solution as a hosted, managed service. The implemented solution delivers hosted archiving of Microsoft Exchange e-mail to address key operational and corporate governance requirements. The solution is designed to reduce the infrastructure and management costs associated with disk and storage space. It also enhances the speed and performance of regular e-mail back-up, while facilitating compliance with the regulatory requirements and improving corporate governance. Significant cost reductions associated with audit and search requests can also be achieved through implementation of the AXS-One Compliance Platform.
