Market-leading AXS-One Compliance Platform to be implemented at U.S. bank-holding conglomerate to meet broad requirements for content management, records compliance and legal discovery

RUTHERFORD, N.J. Nov. 29, 2005 – AXS-One Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of high-performance records compliance management software solutions today announced a major win with North Fork Bancorp, the 16th largest bank holding company in the U.S.. The deal, which was recognized as revenue in AXS-One’s third quarter, resulted from AXS-One’s partnership with Sun StorageTek and calls for AXS-One to provide a comprehensive information lifecycle management, records compliance and legal discovery solution to North Fork Bank.

North Fork Bank's implementation plan, which includes both AXS-One Compliance Platform 3.5 with Rapid-AXS and AXS-One Retention Manager, aims to address challenges involved in putting legal holds on business records that are part of litigation efforts, better manage costs associated with growing volumes of e-mail and manage the lifecycle of electronic records.
