| AXS-One Announces Reseller Agreement with NuTech Integrated Systems Inc. to Address Enterprise Records Compliance Management Market |

RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 2004-- NuTech to leverage AXS-One(R) Compliance Platform for Growing Customer Requirements AXS-One, a leading provider of records compliance management solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with NuTech Integrated Systems Inc., a leading systems integrator of enterprise-level messaging solutions. As a result of this agreement, NuTech will resell the AXS-One Compliance Platform to its existing enterprise customers and new customers in highly regulated industries that must securely capture, manage, and archive electronic records, including e-mail and instant messaging from various messaging systems, in order to meet increasing litigation challenges and regulatory mandates, such as SEC Rule 17a-4 and NASD 3010. The AXS-One Compliance Platform has been implemented by many Fortune 1000 organizations to address the increasingly complex challenges of secure, scalable and enforceable data retention, supervision and disposition for all corporate records, including, and extending beyond, e-mail and instant messages.
