RUTHERFORD, N.J., April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
AXS-One Inc. (Amex: AXO), a leading provider of records
management and enterprise content management solutions, today
announced that Raymond James Financial, Inc., one of the
largest financial service firms in the United States, has
selected its AXS-One(R) Compliance Platform to facilitate the
company's compliance and email management operations.
Under the terms of the deal signed in March 2004, Raymond
James Financial will receive 12,500 licenses for AXS-One
compliance solutions to help meet constantly-evolving federal
corporate compliance regulations by effectively collecting,
archiving and managing critical business data, including email
communications, across its 2,200 locations worldwide.
The AXS-One Compliance Platform will be implemented within
the company's existing infrastructure of Microsoft(R) Exchange
2000 servers running in a Windows(R) 2000 environment.
"Raymond James Financial is a highly valued customer for
AXS-One, and this contract in a new area further reinforces
the solid foundation of our established business
