Partner AXS-One Offer a Centralized Solution to Manage Billing and
Core Account Services for the Southeast's Largest Independent
Advertising Agency
Datatech Software, a leading business solutions provider to the
advertising industry, announced today the company has been selected
by WestWayne, Inc., the Southeast's largest independent advertising
agency, to streamline and automate the firm's financial management
and advertising services operations. WestWayne selected solutions
from Datatech and its strategic partner AXS-One in the third quarter
of 2003, and implementation is currently underway.
With a large workforce and constantly expanding client roster,
WestWayne recently decided to replace its incumbent business
solutions package in favor of a system that was up to the demanding
needs of its clients and staff. After a competitive search,
WestWayne selected the joint offering provided by Datatech Software
and AXS-One based on the combined solution's deep domain expertise,
quick implementation time and ease-of use traits.
Under the agreement, WestWayne will use Datatech's ADvance
software suite to manage core advertising functions and AXS-One's
financial management and services automation solutions to manage
financial operations. Specifically, WestWayne will use AXS-Ones'
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), AXS Desk and AXS Excel
modules to manage back-office accounting and time and expense
reporting processes.
