The award was presented today at the AIIM 2002 Conference and Exposition in San Francisco.
Brittany Ferries deployed AXS-One's AXSPoint(TM) solution to deliver Web-based self-service capabilities to more than 3,500 agents, and automate the process of delivering monthly statements, resolving statement queries and finalizing payment.
