Three of the major developments represent growth into new markets, winning of new clients, and progress with its joint venture.

AXS-One (Proprietary) Limited recently received an additional contract from African Banking Corporation to install its software in the corporation's Botswana operations. This deal, although relatively small, represents an additional commitment to AXS-One from an existing client, and is the company's first installation in Botswana.  

AXS-One Legends announced that they had received a major contract from a large federal government agency to supply the entire AXS-One™ Enterprise suite, a powerful workflow enabled financial management solution. The AXS-One Enterprise suite will be used to support the complete financial management needs of the agency plus handle its complex information requirements  

Finally, AXS-One's joint venture with RCI/Cendant, Hospitality Warehouse, announced that it had acquired the assets of Protea Hotel's Hotel Shop operations. The addition of the Hotel Shop operations will approximately double revenue and number of businesses served by the procurement hub currently.
